SHRIMP OPELOUSAS 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. peeled shrimp
2 med. onions, chopped
2 med. bell peppers, chopped
Onion tops & parsley
4 c. raw rice
2 cans beef broth
4 tsp. Creole seasoning

Wash and drain rice. Into an 8 cup rice cooker, place all ingredients. Mix well. Let cook. Leave covered for 15 minutes after cooking.
