SIRLOIN STRIPS SAUTE 
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless sirloin cut into 2 x 1/4 x 1/4 inch strips
3 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. diced celery
2 green onions (white and green parts) 1 inch lengths
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed and cut up
1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp. cold water

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and set aside. Heat large skillet over medium high heat, add oil,

Stir in the sirloin strips and toss until browned on all sides. Add mushrooms and onions and celery. Saute 2 minutes; simmer 5 minutes stir occasionally.

Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into skillet mixture, simmer, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Serve over rice. Colored yellow really makes this pretty and colorful.
