SIRLOIN CHILE 
2 lg. cans Brook Chile Beans
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Garlic salt
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can V-8 juice
6 oz. chili powder
1 lg. green pepper
Pepper

Cook juice, tomato sauce in pan with 2 ounces chili powder. Brown sirloin after cutting into 1 inch cubes, in frying pan with butter. Sprinkle with two ounce of chili powder, garlic salt and pepper. As meat browns add chopped onion and green peppers, then add to sauce.

Then brown ground beef, drain fat, add to sauce. Cook approximately 15 minutes, then add stewed tomatoes and chile beans, 2 ounce chili powder. Simmer another 15 minutes.
