SIRLOIN TIP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lb. sirloin tip
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water

Cut sirloin into small pieces. Brown in oil. Remove meat from fat and place in casserole. Add onions and celery to casserole. Top with mushroom soup and water. Add the juice that came from browning the meat. Add 1 can mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and 1/4 teaspoon thyme. Cover casserole and bake at 300-325 degrees for 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. 4-6 servings.
