MARYLAND CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 whole pimento, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 lb. lump or backfin crab meat
Butter
Bread crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, pimento, green pepper, mustard and salt. Stir in eggs. Add crab meat which has been carefully picked over. The lumps should remain lumps. Put in casserole or 8 individual baking dishes, patting lightly. Sprinkle tops lightly with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and lightly browned on top. Serves 8.
