TURKEY POLYNESIAN (Low Calorie) 
1 1/2 lb. turkey breast, boned, skinned and cut into cubes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. celery, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 c. pineapple in juice, drained
1/4 c. pineapple juice
Hot cooked rice or noodles

Mix cornstarch, salt, water and soy sauce. Dredge turkey in cornstarch mix. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil. Add celery and water chestnuts. Cook 2 minutes. Remove vegetables from pan.

Saute turkey in 1 tablespoon oil until brown. Add vegetables, pineapple and juice from 1/4 cup of juice. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles. Serves 6.
