LOW CALORIE SAVORY CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, remove skin
1/4 c. lemon juice, white wine or water
1 c. carrots, celery, zucchini or combo, finely sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/4 lb. fresh or 4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced

In a 2 quart baking dish, place vegetables. Moisten chicken pieces with lemon juice, wine or water. Arrange chicken over vegetables with meatiest pieces towards outer edge of dish. Add remaining liquid to vegetables. Microwave, covered with wax paper on High for 16 to 18 minutes or until done. Let stand covered for about 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
