DESSERT ROLLS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil. Stir until dough clings together. Knead on floured surface 10 to 12 times. Roll out dough and cut into eight 4 inch squares. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Place one tablespoon mixture in center of each square. Bring up corners, seal edges to within 1 inch of top. Fold back points to make an opening in the top. Place in a greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with sauce.

Sauce:

1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Gradually add milk. Stir until smooth. Add butter. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla
