48 soda crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Place 1 layer crackers in bottom of foil-lined pan. In small saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers in pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. When chips are soft, spread over top; sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares. Makes 48 servings.
