TOFFEE BARS 
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. chopped nuts
Graham crackers

Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Place graham crackers (about 1 package) flat side down on foil.

Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 2 minutes. Add nuts and stir. Spread over graham crackers. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice soon after taking out and put on rack to cool.
