TOFFEE BARS 
Graham crackers, broken into quarters
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
Chopped, slivered almonds

Spray cookie sheet (with sides) with non-stick cooking spray. Line cookie sheet with crackers. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan until it comes to a boil. Pour over crackers and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Be sure they do not get too dark. Cool and break into pieces.
