CHEESED POTATOES ON THE GRILL 
3 lg. baking potatoes, pared
4 or 5 slices bacon, crisp cooked
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. sharp process American cheese, cubed
1/2 c. butter

Slice potatoes on large piece of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over. Add onion and cheese cubes. Slice butter over all. Bring edges of foil up and, leaving a little space for expansion of steam, seal well with double fold. Place package on grill. Cook over coals about 1 hour or until done. (Or cook with barbecue hood down about 45 minutes.) Makes 6 servings.
