CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 to 1 chicken, cooked and diced
1 sm. head lettuce or Romaine
4 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
4 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 pkg. wonton skins, fried until crisp - break into pieces

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together dressing. Bone and skin chicken. Cut into pieces. Tear greens and put in bowl. Add green onions, sesame seeds, toasted almonds, chicken, and wontons. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
