MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges & juice

Combine cake. Mix eggs, oil and juice in large mixing bowl. Beat about 2 minutes. Add mandarin oranges. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice

Mix together the above. Spread on top of cake. Refrigerate.
