ORANGE BUNDT CAKE 
1 fresh orange
3 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Set oven at 375 degrees. Before measuring sift 3 cups cake flour. Resift with baking powder. Grate rind of 1 orange into sugar. Cream together until light with 3/4 cup butter. Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time. Mix together orange juice, water and lemon juice. Add flour mixture in 3 parts, alternating with liquids. Stir batter until smooth after each addition.
