FAJITAS 
2 lb. skirt steak or deboned chicken
Lemon pepper
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing
8 flour tortillas
Sour cream
Grated cheese
Picante sauce
Shredded lettuce

Trim skirt steak, shake lemon pepper on meat and place in container with lid. Mix dressing and beer, pour over meat. Marinate overnight. Grill over hot coals 8 minutes to each side or until done. Slice thin. Warm tortillas. Place meat inside, add favorite toppings. Wonderful!!
