SIMMERED PORK CHOPS 
2 pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
1 tbsp. melted butter
Garlic salt
Pepper
Onion flakes
Chopped parsley
Rosemary
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. white wine

Brown chops on both sides in butter in a heavy skillet. Add seasonings to taste, mushrooms, and wine; cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour or until tender. Yield 2 servings.
