CHOP SUEY DINNER 
2 lb. pork, cut sm.
2 lb. beef, cut sm.
2 1/2 c. onions, cut up
4 c. celery, cut up
2 cans bean sprouts and juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Cornstarch, to thicken
Water to simmer

Fry meat until real brown. Add onions and celery; brown. Add salt and pepper, to your taste. Add soy sauce. Add bean sprouts and juice. Put water on simmer slowly for hours. Thicken with cornstarch.

Serve with chow mein noodles and/or cooked rice.
