TUNA CHOP SUEY 
1/4 c. butter
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can bean sprouts

FLAVORING & THICKENING:

2 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. molasses

Saute onions in butter. Add salt, pepper and hot water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and bean sprouts. Heat well. Combine and add thickening. Stir lightly and cook for 1 minute. Serve over Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
