BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Combine ingredients and mix with a spoon. Pour into lightly greased baking dish and bake at 300°F for 45 minutes. Serve topped with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
