BLUEBERRY `N SPICE BREAD PUDDING 
12 slices white bread, cut into cubes (about 6 c.)
2 c. fresh or dry pack frozen blueberries, rinsed & drained
3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, toss together bread cubes and blueberries. Turn into a greased 9 inch square baking pan; set aside.

In large bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour evenly over bread cubes and blueberries, completely moistening bread. Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish as desired. Makes 8-10 servings. Refrigerate leftovers.

Just made it and it is so good. Not much sugar or milk and so light and fluffy...
