CRISPY OVEN POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 lg. unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
6 oz. shredded cheese

Combine first 6 ingredients. Layer potatoes in lightly greased 13"x9"x2" pan or dish, brushing each layer with butter mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 6 servings.
