CRISPY HERB BAKED CHICKEN | |
2/3 c. Idaho potato flakes 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up 1/3 c. butter, melted Grease a 15x10x1 inch baking dish. In bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika and parsley. Stir to mix well. Towel dry chicken, dip in melted butter, then coat chicken with dry ingredients. Place in casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes until chicken is tender and lightly brown. Serve hot. Serves 6. |
