PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped topping
1 sm. box chocolate pudding

Blend flour, butter and vanilla. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar. Beat 3 minutes. Blend in whipped topping. Spread on crust. Top with a thin layer of chocolate pudding (instant pudding works well) then top with more whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
