OVERNIGHT PEA SALAD 
2 cans med. peas
1 c. diced onions
1 c. red radish slices
2 c. celery
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. fresh cauliflower
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
Dash of pepper
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Heat oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper just to dissolve. Mix with vegetables thoroughly and refrigerate 10 hours or more.
