MARINATED PEA SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can green peas
1 (17 oz.) can French cut green beans
1 (11 oz.) can white shoe peg corn
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper in bowl with air-tight cover. Drain peas, corn, and green beans; add to marinade along with rest of the ingredients. Mix gently. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
