PEA AND BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can young peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
4 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, drained and diced
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Blend with beaters the sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt, and vanilla. Pour over the vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8.
