PEA AND BEAN SALAD 
1 can peas, drained
1 c. French green beans, drained
1 c. celery, diced fine
1/2 c. onion, diced fine
1 sm. pepper, diced fine
1 sm. pimento, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. water

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients, together and add to first mixture. Best to let stand overnight.
