PEA AND VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 lg. cans English peas, drained
1 can French cut green beans, chopped and drained
4 sticks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (4 oz.) chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix all. Chill well.
