OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN WITH HONEY
BUTTER SAUCE
 
1 med. sized frying chicken
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. butter

Cut chicken into serving pieces and dip into a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Melt butter in a baking pan; add chicken and coat each piece with melted butter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; turn and bake about 15 minutes. Serve with Honey Butter Sauce.

HONEY-BUTTER SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. lemon juice

Combine thoroughly and pour over baked chicken.
