BLUEBERRY GELATIN SALAD | |
1 lg. box cherry jello 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice) 2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 sm. carton sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 can blueberry pie filling Mix the jello according to the directions. Add the crushed pineapple and blueberry pie filling. Chill until firm. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and nuts well. Spread over the top of the set jello mixture. Serves 8-10. |
