RAISED DOUGHNUTS 
1 c. warm milk
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 dry yeasts
Pinch of salt
6 c. flour
2 eggs

In a large bowl first heat milk, add yeast, sugar, Crisco and beat eggs. Add flour. Stir in bowl, let rise 1 hour. Roll out on floured board. Cut doughnuts and let rise until double in size. Fry in hot fat. Cool and frost with confectioners' sugar.
