SUGAR FREE FRUIT TOPPING 
2 c. fruit
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 to 12 packets of Equal

Strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple (16 ounce can crushed sweetener in own juice) or other fruit.

In a small pan bring fruit and water to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in lemon juice. Stir into fruit mixture until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 6 to 12 packets of Equal depending on fruit. Chill. Serve over cheesecake, ice cream, angel food cake, waffles, etc.)
