SUGAR-FREE WHIPPED TOPPING 
1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 tsp. liquid non-sugar
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In medium bowl combine gelatin and boiling water with electric mixer. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Add cold water and milk powder; beat at highest speed until stiff peaks form, 3-4 minutes. Gradually beat in non-sugar sweetener and vanilla. Refrigerate until use. Makes about 2 cups topping.
