HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns or potato tots
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. plus of corn flakes crushed and 1/2 c. melted butter

Place thawed potatoes in 13 x 9 dish. Add butter, sour cream, salt, onion, and soup combined. Top with lots of corn flakes, drizzle butter over this. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Remove cover to allow browning for approximately 10 minutes.
