VEGETABLE CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onions
8 oz. grated cheese

Cook vegetables in casserole as directed, drain. Add soup, 1/2 can of onions and 1/2 of cheese. Microwave on high for approximately 8 minutes. Put rest of onions and cheese on top and return to microwave until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
