MICROWAVE CREAMY VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter

Soften the above and mix well. Defrost 2 packages of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix. Place vegetables in 2-quart casserole dish and pour cream sauce over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
