CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
14 oz. can sweetened c condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan or pie plate. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with the flour to coat. Stir into cheese. Pour into pan. Sprinkle other chips on top. Bake for 1 hour or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Cool to room temperature and chill. Do not over soften or over beat cream cheese.
