CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 c. finely crushed cream filled chocolate cookies, about 24 cookies
1/4 c. melted Crisco shortening
1 (14 oz.) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and shortening; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup of chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate until use.
