VANILLA ALMOND COFFEE 
1/3 c. ground coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. anise seeds

Place coffee and anise seeds in food processor or blender. With it running, add extracts. Stop and scrape sides, process 10 seconds longer. Store in the refrigerator. Makes eight 6 ounce servings when brewed.
