1 (#2 1/2) can sauerkraut, cut fine
2 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. pepper, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil

Mix all together and chill overnight or 6 to 8 hours.
