SAUERKRAUT RELISH SALAD | |
1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well drained 1 onion, chopped 1 c. diced celery 1 green pepper, diced 2 tbsp. pimento, chopped Heat sugar, water and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients in salad bowl. Pour liquid over and chill at least 4 hours. Yields 6-8 servings. |
