BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked sausage
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
6 slices bread, broken into pieces
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper

Place bread in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer cheese and sausage over bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper and pour over bread mixture. Chill overnight. Place in cold oven and bake.

Serves 6.
