SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
1 can crescent rolls 1 1/2 lbs. sausage 6 eggs (or 3 boxes) egg scramblers 1 lg. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown sausage and drain well. In lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan, unroll crescent rolls to form crust. Place sausage on rolls. Scramble eggs well; pour over sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Ovens may vary in time and temperature. Note: Served with fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and sweet roll makes a nice brunch meal. |
