BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins or dates

Add bran to molasses and milk; let soak for 15 minutes. Beat egg and add to first mixture. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir only until flour disappears. Add raisins or dates. Bake 400 degrees, 20 minutes.
