SPANISH RICE PRONTO 
1/2-3/4 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives or ripe olives

Brown meat, onion, pepper and rice in butter over high heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered. Stir in olives just before serving.
