ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix (Old El Paso)
8 lg. azteca flour tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. brown hamburger
1 can Amour chili with or without beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

In skillet, brown hamburger, then add enchilada mix and 1 3/4 cups water. Let simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomato paste and Amour chili. In glass baking dish, add 1 layer tortillas (may need to cut to fit into dish) and layer of hamburger mixture. Then layer of tortillas and hamburger. Until tortillas and hamburger mixture is all gone. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
