SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 cans squash (or fresh cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
Very sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. herbed dressing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix all ingredients with melted butter. (Save some dressing mix to sprinkle on top).

Bake in casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
