SAUSAGE CHEESE PUFFS 
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild to taste)
1 lb. grated cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, colby or a mixture)
3 c. Bisquick

Heat sausage and cheese over medium heat until cheese melts. Do not drain. Mix Bisquick in with the sausage mixture. Mixture will be very thick. Form into 1 inch balls. Place balls on jelly roll pan, 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with spicy mustard or sweet and sour sauce. Makes about 4 dozen balls.
