RUSSIAN CREAM PASHKA 
3/4 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Strawberries
1 1/2 c. sour cream

In a small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin. Add water and mix well; let stand about 5 minutes, then bring to a full rolling boil, stirring. Remove sugar mixture from heat and pour in the whipping cream.
